"State Farm Home owners Insurance is the best experience I’ve ever had. I had to change my house insurance because it was going off the roof with nationwide which I’ve had since 1997. No matter how long I’ve been with Nationwide it didn’t matter. Nobody would talk to me about my cost being accelerated beyond my financial needs. I was so worried about making this major change until I called and I got connected with an agent’s office, Gina Lynch, and she’s obviously a true leader because I was in contact with Kylee who works in that office and I can say she was the most transparent and treated me like we had been friends forever. She explained things that I didn’t even think to ask she was not reciting from a script. She was real she was personable, and she was very delightful. I think they have a good agent and all that go with her agency, especially Kylee! there was no wait time or delays in talking to a human. Kylee spoke English didn’t sound like a robot. She was from the US. She knew everything I needed to know all the way to changing my car insurance which have not done in many many years I received such a good quote/ price. Kylee explained to me how things worked. She went over my prior homeowners insurance policy with me and explained each item and what the cost would be. I went from a ridiculous approximate $300 a month to half of that including insurance for my car. It was such a breath of fresh air for me and I think that Kylee should be a trainer for most agencies and have to talk to people because she truly is a people person. I did not feel like there was any hidden cost or secrets and no red tape . She even explained how she would inform my mortgage company and what I needed to do for my car insurance , they took over all the unnecessary paperwork and answered any questions I had. It was amazing. I am so impressed. I’m going to share this with everybody because I do know homeowners insurance is blowing off the roof and nobody can afford with their mortgage anymore except for with State farm. They are my go to and number one. The praise is real if you ever need anything, I suggest you call Gina Lynch’s office - State farm! also, the follow up until everything was complete was 100%."
